Signs of hypothermia: shivering, exhaustion, confusion, fumbling hands, memory loss, slurred speech, drowsiness. A body temperature below 95 °F (35 °C) is an emergency: call 112. Move the person inside to a heated location, begin warming the center of the body first, keep them dry and wrap them in thick blankets including the head. Do not handle them roughly.
